COMPLIANCE CALIBRATION SERVICES
Your plant has environmental reporting requirements to make on a periodic basis. In many instances 3rd party calibrations are required to satisfy the regulations. In other cases, your maintenance staff may not have the specific training or up-to-date calibration equipment necessary to self-perform. Voom, LLC offers NIST traceable calibrations compliant with the latest requirements of Title V, 40CFR75, Appendix D, ANSI, ISO, ASQ, EPA, DEP including as-found and as-left test data reports for out of tolerance instruments. Our qualified Instrument Technicians have the training and equipment necessary to test and verify the accuracy of your instruments and calibrate flow meters. Our test equipment is maintained and regularly calibrated against certified and traceable N.I.S.T. standards. All documentation is kept on file and provided to our customers upon request or as required by the testing specifications.

Voom, LLC provides expert calibration services for Rosemount transmitters including the 3095M series – multivariable sensor used on the GE frame CT’s main fuel gas flow meter. We also perform calibrations at your jobsite on the Fisher FloBoss flow computers (ROC 407, etc) commonly used on the Siemens frame CT main fuel gas flow meters.

We offer this service in-plant and typically perform the testing without equipment removal or disturbing the process operation. Rush “next-on-bench” services are also available for emergency support using our Central Florida calibration lab. Electronic data transfer of calibration certificates and service records is available. Automated recalibration notices can be provided for equipment approaching the quarterly or annual calibration due date. Adjustments and minor repairs can often be made to equipment where necessary. All deficiencies are reported directly to the plant. All calibration services include loop checks from process input to final control output for proper operation verification.
